TGS2024 – NEXON
Tokyo Game Show 2024 – NEXON Booth
NEXON
Exhibition Booth Planning, Construction & Operation
We supported NEXON’s booth exhibition at Tokyo Game Show 2024 (TGS2024), held at Makuhari Messe in September 2024.
We supported the first-ever playable public exhibition in Japan for The First Berserker: Khazan.
We achieved a balance between a powerful visual experience and a large-scale demo environment designed for smooth, stress-free play.
Scope of Implementation
To maximize the quality of the booth as an immersive, experience-driven space, we delivered an exhibition combining dynamic staging with meticulously planned operations.
To further enhance visitor satisfaction, the booth was designed around the core demo experience, supporting engagement both before and after gameplay.
Powerful Visual Impact
We installed a large-scale LED screen measuring 5 meters in height by 30 meters in width across two exterior walls of the booth.
Powerful visuals and live footage from within the booth were displayed, creating a booth design that effectively captured the attention of visitors.
Large-scale Demo Environment
For this title’s first-ever playable public exhibition in Japan, we prepared 42 demo stations.
Prior to entering the demo area, visitors passed through a dedicated antechamber where large-format video content introduced the game’s story, building anticipation before gameplay.
This setup allowed visitors to fully immerse themselves in the hardcore action RPG under optimal conditions.
Live Creative Performance
We hosted a live mural manga painting performance by SHINN UCHIDA.
The dynamic process of the artwork taking shape in real time created a strong sense of live engagement unique to an in-person exhibition.
Initiatives to Enhance Fan Satisfaction
Original novelties reflecting the game’s world were distributed to demo participants and visitors.
While carefully managing crowd flow, we carried out effective sampling to maximize engagement.
